Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Dumpling House app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Eligibility (18+)

The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account.

Loyalty Program

The Dumpling House Rewards program allows you to earn points on qualifying purchases:

• Earning Points: Scan valid receipts from Dumpling House to earn points based on your purchase total.
• Redeeming Rewards: Points can be redeemed for food and drink rewards as specified in the app.
• Expiration: Redeemed reward codes expire 15 minutes after redemption and must be used in-store.
• Non-Transferable: Points and rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

User Conduct

You agree to use the app responsibly:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Only scan legitimate receipts from actual purchases you made
• Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or abuse the rewards system
• Not share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Receipt Scanning

When scanning receipts:

• Receipts must be from Dumpling House restaurant
• Each receipt can only be scanned once
• Receipts must be scanned within 48 hours of purchase
• Altered, duplicated, or fraudulent receipts will result in account suspension

We may use automated systems to validate receipts and detect misuse. If we believe an account is engaging in abuse or fraud, we may deny points, revoke rewards, suspend features, or close the account.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature of the app at any time
• Change point values, reward offerings, or redemption thresholds
• Update these terms with reasonable notice through the app

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Technical issues, downtime, or data loss
• Errors in point calculations (though we'll work to correct them)
• Third-party service interruptions

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app. Upon deletion:

• Your personal data will be permanently removed
• Any unredeemed points will be forfeited
• This action cannot be undone

Disputes, Governing Law, and Venue

We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concerns informally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Who Operates the App

The Dumpling House Rewards mobile application (the "App") is operated by Jeremiah Wiseman for the benefit of Dumpling House and its customers ("we", "us", or "our").
